A high ROI software if there ever was one!

Lucidchart is a thoughtfully-designed, intuitive to learn diagramming SaaS that I used with my team to visualize our processes (both internal workflows and external sales processes like cold email sales campaigns) identify breakage points inefficiencies, and communicate to our leadership team our strategies. The software is fantastic in its simplicity, with a high degree of customization for one's needs, as well as many prebuilt templates. I also enjoyed how incredibly easy it was to onboard new team members to the collaborative workspaces--you can get up and running with the software in under an hour.

Our team is fully remote so the more utility ur SaaS providers can provide us in integrating our suite of tools, the easier our lives are. One of my frustrations in the past two years of full-time remote work has been integrating tools/services across different departments-finding tools that both a creative or media team can use as well as a sales or community management team. Lucidchart is one of those rare tools with cross-department functionality.
