Overall Satisfaction with Lucidchart

It's extremely intuitive and easy to use from the get-go, collaboration is easy as well but does require the other person to have a license.
I used Lucidchart to map, diagram and collaborate on our technical architecture and design strategies. We are continuing to build out our library as a prelude to future Enterprise Architecture state. Additionally, we use it on a daily basis to collaborate on ideas, design topics and general whiteboarding for key initiatives.

  • More out of the box icons
  • Saved time during ideation by having visual assets available
  • Easy collaboration with others
I have not integrated it with any 3rd party tools as of yet.
I give this a 9, because I have never actually had to contact their support, everything just always works and is where I would expect it to be. They have great online KBs however if you need help.

Lucidchart blows them both away with out of the box features and collaboration ability.
I recommend it to everyone, it's so easy to use and intuitive and creates beautiful diagrams for presentations with minimal learning curve needed.
