Overall Satisfaction with Lucidchart

There is a little learning curve and plenty of online help. The product is surprisingly intuitive.
I use it privately to manage projects, plan, and chart out processes. I use it to also create content for presentations and other documents.
  • Brainstorming - awesome personal white board. Can move and readjust effortlessly.
  • Planning - great for flowcharting planning and programs.
  • Design - can be used loosely to create designs for presentations and other documents.
  • I would love to see more dynamic libraries and tools to get more detailed designs. I would love to get rid of other products and just use Lucidchart.
  • Better line tools - sometimes I don't want lines to connect to shapes and Lucidchart naturally wants to connect things...
  • Lucidchart has made my personal planning much easier and allowed me to complete high-touch tasks faster and with better results.
I use Lucidchart as a personal tool and it isn't integrated into our stack.
Never had a problem getting help or finding and answer online.

  • Adobe Creative Cloud Express (formerly Adobe Spark)
Easier and less expensive.
Lucidchart is well suited for project planning, brainstorming, charting any event, and whiteboarding. I would love to see the collaboration work better at less than Enterprise licenses. Again, it is possible this is an end-user issue. I don't think I have come close to tapping what it might do with some training.
