Overall Satisfaction with Lucidchart

It really is very easy for anyone to jump in and understand. There are a lot of templates to use if you have never done business process mapping before. Most of our employees have never used it before and they are able to jump in and understand the software without any prior training, which is great!
We are an Operations Consulting company and use Lucidchart for all of our clients to execute on a variety of process maps, macro workflows, micro workflows, organizational charts, matrix flows, etc. Everyone on our team uses Lucidchart in this fashion. It helps easily visualize processes and workflows and helps our clients understand pain points, bottlenecks and inefficiencies.

  • Would love to see additional templates being added.
  • Improved efficiency.
  • Improved performance.
We currently integrate Lucidchart with Slack so that we can easily receive notifications on updates and comments made in documents.
I give it an 8 because we have never had to use Lucidchart support. It is so straightforward that we have never had to, I am sure it is great though, but can't speak from personal experience.

MURAL didn't have the same process mapping capabilities we were looking for and Lucidchart had way more templates for us to use.
Lucidchart is great for process mapping, macro workflows, micro workflows, strategic planning visualization, org charts, database architecture visualization, and technical workflow mapping.
