Overall Satisfaction with Lucidchart
We’re using the software to map out strategic accounts' organizational structure and create some continuity between ADRs, AEs, and CSMs.
- Simple diagram tools.
- Adding key contacts to maps.
- Integrates with SalesForce.
- More ‘keys’.
- Links to opportunities or contracts direct from people on maps.
- Saves me duplicating contacts I go looking for.
- Helps with strategic group meetings.
- Graphic visualisation as that’s the way I can learn.
With SalesForce this is the main benefit as it allows AEs and ADRs to add contacts with ease, I’ve not explored the Slack potential, but not sure that would be applicable to target accounts.

There is a small feature where organizational structures can be created. But this is minimal and it also assumes the data rather quickly, Lucid chat allows much more detail and means you can narrate against the contacts. It's highly detailed.
