Overall Satisfaction with Lucidspark
Lucidspark has been a valuable tool for not just brainstorming, but helping us to design and strategize solutions quickly and with better communication. I've used Lucidspark to map out training requests and the visuals and ability for cross-functional collaboration make it easy for me to clarify where the questions are and prioritize best next steps to take for building a learning solution that meets business objectives. The tool is simple, easy to learn and use, and makes you look like a wizard even if you don't feel very magical.
- Group collaboration online without the tool getting in the way of ideas.
- Visualize ideas and solutions rapidly, just like a white board.
- Simple shapes and easy-to-use tools. It is not intimidating.
- Though our company has a free trail access, it isn't always clear how permissions work. I think a few tweaks to the UI could easily solve that when setting the status of a board.
- I've not measured the ROI per se, but action mapping in Lucidspark has made my stakeholder sessions SO much more effective.
I've not utilized the integrations yet.
I've had no problems or glitches in Lucidspark and trust it as a reliable tool in my toolbox. It has helped me collaborate with others in the age of COVID with remarkable agility.
