Overall Satisfaction with Lucidspark

My team (around 5 people) has been using Lucidchart by Lucidspark for about a year or so. It has helped us collaborate, brainstorm, and plan better during covid 19. We primarily use it to mock up wireframes for clients website builds. We use the platform due to the web based application.

  • More tools.
  • Bugs.
  • Easy collaboration.
  • Time savings.
  • Increased productivity.
While using the app I did have trouble sometimes accessing content. That is why I rated it a 5 out of 10. I'm not sure why this issue was happening on my MacBook pro. Other people on my teams didn't seem to have this issue. Overall that was why I gave it that rating.
Using slack daily this is why my team manager choose for us to use Lucidchart. She liked how well in integrated with Slack and Google Drive. Lucidchart seemingly integrates making collaborations easy for team members. It is a helpful tool to show ideas and share with Slack.
Overall Lucidchart has performed well as a virtual whiteboard. Having the ability to share using this app has increased productivity and got more work done.
The program is good. Just fix the bugs that I have previously mentioned.

I have not used any other products.
I would recommend this product for teams between 10-20 that have used similar online collaboration systems. At first I did have some trouble figuring things out but got the hang of it fairly quickly. I would not recommend this product for people who have difficulty using online apps. I ran into a few issues with things loading.
