Overall Satisfaction with Lucidspark

Lucidspark is being used across the organization within and especially between cross-functional teams to collaborate on various projects and present progress on said projects. It is particularly useful for the implementation of new software and systems to outline all aspects of the requirements, scope, goals, etc, and works as a brainstorming session during meetings which is great in the virtual workplace.

  • More detailed tutorial upon first use/sign up.
  • Brand/product awareness.
  • Time savings.
  • Ease of use.
  • Meeting effectiveness.

  • Increased productivity.
It is straightforward to use if working with templates already set up or people that know how to use it. A more detailed optional tutorial upon signing up would be great to ensure you are aware of all features available.
Great to have integration with Lucidchart and also to be able to internally share content via Slack pre and post meetings as reminders.
It is great for virtual whiteboarding sessions as it makes it easy to collaborate, share, and note down ideas and see the thought process in front of you.
Great support haven't had any issues so far.

I have used some Microsoft features but the usability of Lucidspark is easier.
Lucidspark is very useful for meetings where you want to brainstorm and share ideas and then have tangible evidence of what was discussed in an easy-to-view and access way. Perhaps it may not be well suited for external presentations where the format may need to be more structured or professional-looking.
