Overall Satisfaction with Lucidspark

We use it for team exercises and collaborations during meetings to get all teams in sync. It helps each team see what the other is up to, to better help each team help each other if there are any obstacles in the way.

Pros

  • Helps a company see each team's perspectives from an outside point of view.
  • Helps each individual team keep themselves organized.
  • Helps the team view goals visually, which is easier and quicker to digest.

Cons

  • I am not sure if it already has this feature, but perhaps embedded videos or GIFs that one can personally upload.
  • Maybe some sort of integration to Slack (like post a link and showing a pop-up window to show a zoomed version of the Lucidspark project).
  • Different colors on the background.
  • Well, it definitely saves me time because it has unique tools to help display information more easily compared to just having a simple word document.
  • While doing team activities I noticed that it helps increase productivity.
  • Overall I think it is a great tool with many versatile options.
The first time I saw Lucidspark with my company I was slightly overwhelmed, but after taking about 10 minutes to digest everything that was going on, it was pretty easy to maneuver around.
Ok so since I am still somewhat new to using Lucidspark, I was unaware of the integration features it has with Slack. But that is great because it was one of my suggestions. I also think it's amazing that it has integrations with Google Drive since I use Drive so often, I will be checking these features more thoroughly.
The quality of Lucidspark is fine as far as I can tell. Never had any lag or real issues.
I never really had to ask for support yet, not sure how to answer this question.

Lucidspark has plenty of features and different templates for basically every scenario. It has the versatility to create any sort of chart, graph, visual according to what is best for to quickly and easily digest information.
