Overall Satisfaction with Luigi's Box

We use a search product that has greatly improved the search for customers but also for employees who use the e-shop every day for offline sales. we also use a recommender who also has good results in sales. As for communication with support, it is a super-fast solution to requests with an excellent result.

We use a search product that has greatly improved the search for customers but also for employees who use the e-shop every day for offline sales. If you need to fix something related to the visuals or something that doesn't work, the support is very fast and always met the requests. They already did everything we asked for in the free trial version. The results of the product as such are very good and help us in sales.
