Overall Satisfaction with Mailtrack

Mailtrack helps me keep track of who has opened my emails which allows me to give the attention to the clients that would like it the most. So far it has helped me get the best service to my clients possible. Plus I love to see who opens emails and when. What a great system this is! I looked into several options and Mailtrack has the best pricing.

  • The tracked by Mailtrack message didn't go away the first time I set it to. Honestly, it does what it is supposed to and I can't really think of any improvements
  • So far I have been able to help clients in the fastest possible time
  • I have been able to complete more deals because of being able to see who needs me now
  • I have been able to save time by dealing with the clients in a timely fashion based on their reading my emails
I had to call on support on day one as the license was installed on the wrong Gmail account. They had me fixed up in less than 24 hours with a smile. Service was great and my needs were met almost immediately.
Mailtrack shows you what you need to see with very little setup. The options offered make sense and it was very easy to tailor the experience to my needs.
