Overall Satisfaction with Malwarebytes
We are utilizing Malwarebytes across the whole organization as a critical component of our security posture. We currently have gateway anti-virus as well as System Center Endpoint Protection client, however, our protection was not as well rounded and comprehensive as it is now with Malwarebytes added to the layers. We have seen a significant decrease in infections across the enterprise, which is a good sign of an effective product. As with any IT Manager, my goal is to maintain as close to 100% uptime for every user in the company and with Malwarebytes in the mix that goal is possible.

Evaluating Malwarebytes and Competitors
Yes - We were lacking the Malware protection layer in our enterprise. We only had endpoint protection viruses. Malwarebytes product filled the gap. We had GFI VIPRE and that wasn't enough when used with other endpoint protection products as we kept getting hit with infections that were difficult to eradicate. The other products were causing issues with some of our other security products and utilized too much overhead to run in our engineering environment.

We looked very hard at different security products and frankly, Malwarebytes showed to outperform other products. Performance, coupled with an excellent support staff made our decision easy. We discussed our environment with the sales staff on several GoTo Meetings and was satisfied with what we heard from them as well as the actual review of the product while getting to demo before purchase.
We take a methodical approach to evaluating security products as the impact to our organization can be significant (either positive or negative). I don't believe that we would change our approach if we had to do it again. We always thoroughly review and demo any product prior to implementation into our infrastructure.

Malwarebytes is very intuitive. I am speaking from an enterprise user/administrator perspective, so I assume I am talking to an IT professional when I say that it is intuitive and easy to set up and use. I would definitely recommend this product to my colleagues with no reservations. We ordered the product from Malwarebytes, received our download email & license codes, installed the product and was up and deployed in a matter of an hour or so after we created our policies and exceptions.

No - The product is intuitive enough that you don't really need the premium support. I would recommend that level of support to companies that have a lack of professional IT talent at their disposal.
Yes - It was resolved quickly and was not a major issue.
When we first got the product we had issues with loading the management client on one of our servers, but tech support assisted us quickly and we were up and running in minutes. Malwarebytes tech support is one of the better support teams we have dealt with albeit, very infrequent. :). I know that my Sr. Network Admin loves their technical support staff because they don't waste any time in reaching a solution. Being a small team, we have a lot of responsibility and our workload can be heavy at times...the last thing you want to worry about is revisiting a problem more than once, or having to make more than one support call to resolve an issue.
