Overall Satisfaction with Malwarebytes
Malwarebytes is being used to keep all computers virus-free. Since most of us are still working remotely and logging into the server from home, we needed something to keep our computers safe from viruses. This program came highly recommended by our IT consultant. I get a weekly report from them showing the viruses they quarantined and if any computer is in need of service.
- The weekly reports help me see which employees are not being careful in the emails they open or programs they run.
- This program gives me peace of mind that our computers are kept relatively safe from hackers.
- Malwarebytes will warn you if a website does not look safe.
- The daily updates on issues found on the computers.
- Blocking and/or warning about unsafe websites and emails.
- Keeping our client and donor information safe.
- All of our donor and clients' information is now online and we can now show that we are really trying to keep their information safe.
- We are now more comfortable entering donations through our website.
- Donors are now comfortable entering their charge card information on our website.
We have used Malwarebytes for many years. Originally, we used the free version but converted to the paid version. Now, we have five licenses, one for each of the staff members who are working remotely.
