Overall Satisfaction with ManageEngine ADManager Plus
To begin with, we needed a product that would import a CSV file into Active Directory to update our users information. This has done this for us without an issue for 4+ years.
Additionally, realizing the product does much more than that, we have leveraged it for user reports, computer reports, etc. This has helped with every day tasks and keeping AD updated and clean.

- AD Integration
- Use of the product is easy and GUI friendly
- Support is helpful and always available
- UI layout, better graphs & options
- Being able to update within the app and not having to go through so many steps.
- While licensing isn't expensive, would like to see better packages.
- Utilizes time better
- management of accounts
- Increase the speed of creating accounts, spending less time on those and focusing on other things.
Between the price point and ease of implementing, it made it a no brainer. The product is a valuable asset.
