Overall Satisfaction with ManageEngine OpManager
One of the biggest issues that we face as an IT department is being ahead of outage issues before a site, or department is impacted. ManageEngine OpManager is used to monitor all of our core infrastructure and provides near real-time alerting for any issues that arise, providing us with peace of mind and enabling our staff to continue to be productive.

- Text message alerting integration
- SSO capability
- Monitoring services
- US-based support would be appreciated
- I don't like the fact that is Java-based due to security concerns
- Tedious service-pack upgrades
- Out-dated device templates
- Increased awareness of potential issues
