Overall Satisfaction with ManageEngine OpManager

We are using ManageEngine OpManager to monitor our servers' availability, Disk, Memory, and CPU threshold violations. We monitor disk space usage on workstations as well as Network Gear availability and high utilization. We also utilize the reporting functionality to generate and auto-email our team alerts when a threshold is crossed, or an outage of any device is detected.

Pros

  • Resources monitoring
  • A clear view of the devices being monitored
  • Easy and clean graphical user interface
  • Wide variety of reporting options
  • Alert Mechanism

Cons

  • Adding devices to existing groups and applying a group-wide parameter.
  • Email alerts can be a bit challenging depending on how email is managed within a company, sometimes adding ManageEngine OpManager to the allowed relay list for Exchange is necessary to receive any alerts
  • 100% ROI! The product is very reasonably priced for what it offers.
  • Simple and easy renewing process.
  • Support is always there for us when it is needed. They're prompt and willing to work on an issue regardless of what it is and drive it to a resolution.
We have been using ManageEngine Opmanager for quite a long time, I'm not aware if the company was using other products before I joined.

From our perspective, the utility has been a perfect fit for our needs, adding to it the simplicity of use, clear interface, reliability, flexibility, and ability to generate auto reports or email notifications. I believe the scalability of the utility makes it a great fit regardless of the company size.
