We use ManageEngine Patch Manager Plus to keep up to date all our Server OS and 3rd party applications on a automatic schedule. This saves us time and I think it is way more friendlier tu use than WSUS

Usability

Very easy to use once you get used to it. It can be a little overwhelming at first since there is so many thing you can do. But as soon as you get use to it, it works like a charm.

Alternatives Considered

GFI LanGuard and PDQ Deploy & Inventory

ManageEngine Patch Manager Plus was easier to use, and you can basically set it and forget it. The performance is very good and we had way less failed patch than competing product.

ManageEngine Patch Manager Plus is a perfect replacement for WSUS and does even more. We started including 3rd party application patching in our schedules. So we can use the same maintenance windows to update VMWare tools for example.
