We are using Marketing Solutions by Criteo mainly to improve our e-commerce campaigns by using their shopper graph. We had found that we were able to increase the average ticket value as well as increase the [number] of purchasers when we started working with them. Most performance metrics improved as the conversion rates also increased dramatically.

I think Marketing Solutions by Criteo offers a very robust solution for an ad tech platform and their support team is very knowledgeable about their product. I would like to see, though, more webinars and training about the technology behind the product to give us more tools to talk to our customers with more information and better visuals.
As I said before, the product works well, specifically for performance campaigns, and their team is competent and responsive. It can be integrated [into] almost all DSPs and ad tech platforms via their cookie matching technology, making it very friendly to the end-user as well as the media team that operates those platforms.
InMobi and Smaato have more inventory but do not have the technology applied to that inventory. Whereas Marketing Solutions by Criteo puts the focus mainly on the audience and the users, Smaato and InMobi are more focused on the publishers and the placement. For e-commerce campaigns, it's important to target the right users, and in that sense, Marketing Solutions by Criteo is a better fit.

I would recommend Marketing Solutions by Criteo for savvy marketers who want to increase their conversion metrics and are going to be optimizing [their campaigns] every day. The way to get the most value out of the platform is by constantly iterating with a focus on the metrics and keep making adjustments to the campaigns. I would not use it for campaigns focused on brand building, traffic, or awareness objectives.
