Although marketing manages the tool, our entire business benefits from the ability to send emails to our customers and prospects on behalf of our account managers, business development, and support representatives. All employees are able to see what emails were sent and receive email alerts when leads interact with us--which gives us the ability to better understand the prospect's interest so we can tailor our conversations to their needs.

You can segment audiences and personalize content in one email instead of creating duplicate emails. It offers advanced drip nurturing that serves up the best content during the lead and customer lifecycle.
