Overall Satisfaction with Marketo

I liked using Marketo. The rollout at end of 2014 improved the ability to create forms and landing pages dramatically. My only challenge was customizing the CSS code for forms. It worked on most browsers but not IE8 and below.
  • Easy to build campaign streams
  • Works with Salesforce
  • Email editor was very clean
  • Hard to manipulate CSS code for forms being embedded in web page.
  • Better data integration with Salesforce
  • Improve the community and support docs
  • Ability to engage customer segments via campaigns
  • Ability to push content to social landing pages
  • Real time personalization is awesome if your data supports it
Much easier to learn and use than Eloqua
Depends on your requirements.
