Overall Satisfaction with Marketo

Marketo is used by sales and marketing. It helps in bringing more clarity to the sales team about the effort of marketing through MSI. The tool is amazing and the customer service is great. We can count on Marketo! It is helping us to solve many business problems such as data hygiene, Marketing attribution, Automation, lead scoring and lead life-cycle management.

Brought transparency and accountability with the help of Marketo. Automated many tasks and with the help of lead scoring we were able to generate more leads. It impacted our demand generation activities significantly and we started generating more leads. The important lesson is that we should implement the tool along with the best practices and it will do wonders.
We have been using Marketo for leads assignment. Usually most of the folks rely on Salesforce but we managed to assign the leads by territory/region, and using round robin method. Also, right after assigning the leads, we created a task on Salesforce through Marketo for the SalesRep to follow on the lead.
Please follow the best practices and have the right resources in your team. Not everyone is good with Marketing Automation.
Marketo community is really engaging and helpful. If you get stuck, you can ask several questions and people will be there to help you. Product doc is good for all users on how to use Marketo tool.
Share Web Visit Activity report with the sales rep and help them know how their leads are performing. Efficiently utilization of Marketo Sales Insights and help sales team to automate several tasks and see the behavior of the leads and determine if they are ready to be contacted.
