Overall Satisfaction with Marketo
Marketo is used within our growth marketing team to create strong KOL and HCP leads primarily. We are also utilizing it for more customer and consumer data since we have full integration now.
- The ecosystem is truly astounding. It is so easy to see exactly where we are in the process for each item. It also allows others to pick up where someone left off.
- The community has a great support system and it is easy to find answers or new opportunities by joining it. We had some aha moments from the community.
- Great product roadmap. I was impressed by how they are staying up to date on trends and implementing them into the system. They were also open to our personal needs and took them into consideration
- Implementation was slightly clunky. I would have preferred it be more seamless. There was a fear of loss of data at one point.

Currently, we are trying to grow our HCP database by 20% in 2019 to increase doctor recommendations.
This is much better. Mainly based on how exact it is. We had issues with turnover and this helps new people pick up quickly.
