Overall Satisfaction with Marketo
Marketo is being used mainly to provide marketing automation in the form of constant email and drip campaigns to our clients. They also have a great content tool that helps with mapping out and predicting what content will convert best on different pages and emails which also help drive social and print strategies.

Our goal would be to help bring in leads, nurture them and get them to sign up to use our platform. We are trying to get them to use our tools for free, so that they benefit immediately and then at some point can choose to either stay at the free level or upgrade even further to a paid account with more features. Marketo helps make this process much easier and automated compared to us manually doing these tasks.
We actually use all 4 tools for various reasons, and thankfully they integrate very well together. However, I would think the average user would just need one of the tools. Marketo stacks up nicely to those tools based on the functionality it provides. To get great services it is going to be expensive no matter what. I think Marketo provides good customer service as well that other platforms do not always provide.
