Adobe Marketo Engage is a helpful platform that we use every day. It helps us in maintaining first our database, we are able to send out emails to our customers, prospects, and other financial institutions where we promote our products and services. It also helps us in our reports to present in a way that our stakeholders or requester be able to understand. One of the best features that we encounter with Adobe Marketo Engage is that we [are] able to know what in our database we need to enhance and need to acquire. We [are] able to distinguish records that [are] bad data that we won't use and we always use the good data that we have in our campaigns and webinars to name a few. In many ways, Adobe Marketo Engage helped us to maintain, build, and succeed in our database, campaigns, webinars, reports, and so much more. The problem that continues to persist is the glitches that we encounter. We need a more deep dive to understand why it happens and how we need to fix it.

Increase in sales and ability to invite a lot of customers for our events, campaigns, and webinars, to name a few. We are also able to know the bad data so that the Sales and our Campaign team won't [be] able to contact those and for our Data team to make enhancements to the data and make acquisitions for us to have good data always.
Because we can connect our Salesforce to Adobe Marketo Engage, we are able to create a lot of campaigns, and [that] helps us maintain, build, enhance, and acquire data for our campaigns. Also, the reports and dashboard features help us in a lot of ways especially building reports for us to know what we can present and to know the right solutions for us to achieve our goals.

Maintaining [a] database and sending out emails for campaigns and webinars are the best ways to use Adobe Marketo Engage. We always want to use Adobe Marketo Engage in our reports because it helps us to define our problems and the solutions we need to do. Lastly, it is connected to one of our CRMs, where we [are] able to have a smooth process to make enhancements. Less appropriate will always be the glitches that we encounter or security measures that need when we upload a lot of bad data so that we can minimize uploading that kind of data.
