In my role in technical support, we use Adobe Marketo Engage for all mass email communication with our user community to inform users of planned and unplanned maintenance and upgrade events on our various platforms.
  • Sends mass emails.
  • Track delivery and open rates.
  • Creation of smart list with SFDC integration.
  • Ease of use, especially for a quick email blast.
