Overall Satisfaction with Adobe Marketo Engage
In my department, I use Adobe Marketo Engage to build custom web pages on demand. We use these pages to market and sell our training to customers and partners while providing them with the information they need about the course and what will be taught. We also use email campaigns to update our customer base on any specials we have running for the month. This allows us the flexibility to reach a greater audience and provide details that were previously cumbersome to deliver.
Pros

- Page Analytics at a glance make it easy to see what pages have activity.
- Email reporting is thorough.
Cons
- I would like to see more training provided.
- I would like to see how to build out pages with fill-in-the-blank scenarios.

For product launches, our goal is to simply let customers know of new courses that are available to be purchased. This truly allows us to drive registrations for a new course. Prospecting and new business is important as we try and reach our customer base and let them know about specials, therefore, increasing interest and revenue through direct contact.
