Overall Satisfaction with Marketo Sales Connect (ToutApp)

Marketo Sales Connect (ToutApp) was used by our organization as a sales efficiency tool. It was an excellent tool for planning large outreach campaigns for contacts, scheduling prospecting calls, and reaching a large volume of users at once.

It was primarily used by the sales and marketing departments. The marketing department would use it for broader campaigns, and the sales team would focus on finding new business through the tool.

Our sales organization actually switched from ToutApp to Outreach.io about 9 months ago, so I am not currently using ToutApp. The collaboration was better in ToutApp.
Personally, I didn't interact with the support team. The set-up was self-explanatory, the team came to do an onsite to show us how to use ToutApp, and they were extremely helpful in answering questions and demonstrating the product.

Marketo Sales Connect (ToutApp) was a strong tool for finding and qualifying new business. As a sales organization, we would be able to easily share best practices and best emails through Tout and look through campaigns that other sales executives had created. Through this, there was an increased collaboration in email-based prospecting.

The bridge between ToutApp and our CRM (Salesforce) was great. It logged activity from a Gmail account and synced up emails sent from ToutApp to Gmail. It was used across our organization for several years, and the number of new opportunities our team found after adding in ToutApp as a sales productivity tool skyrocketed.
