Overall Satisfaction with Martal Group

We employed Martal Group to generate leads. They would bring in leads based on industries we provided, and make appointments with our Sales team. They acted as an "outsourced" SDR team. Their team would look at various companies, send emails, and contact various companies via LinkedIn to set up appointments with our team.
  • Well organized and provided regular updates.
  • Followed our direction regarding the target industries.
  • Asked questions and clarification and willing to make adjustments.
  • Heavily relied (almost solely relied) on email.
  • Did not have enough actual conversations with the potential customers.
  • Did not do a lot of qualifications/conversations to see if the customer was really interested in our product/services.
  • Did not use content, videos, and other tools to "prime the pump" or see if there was interest.
  • Did not yield a lot of leads.
  • Did not get a lot of qualified leads.
  • Not a good ROI due to the above.
  • On the positive, everyone was professional.
  • The team provided regular updates.

We were hoping that Martal Group could act as our "outsourced" SDR. I thought they were well organized and provided regular updates etc. But in the end, we were not able to get a lot of appointments, and of those we did get, they were not a very good fit. They did not do a good job of qualifying the lead(s). They would send numerous emails with the purpose of getting an appointment, which is fine, but they were not really qualified, there was not enough information on what the customer was interested in, and why they wanted to talk to us. etc. In the end, we were not able to get a lot of quality leads.
