Overall Satisfaction with MasterControl Manufacturing Excellence
I use MasterControl Manufacturing Excellence for EBR and Adapt platform for logbooks. Removing paper from the production environment, reducing record review times, and identifying production issues that cause deviations in real time. Increasing data visibility and being able to make better business decisions based on production batch records data.
Pros
- Easily create record templates
- Simplify batch records review
- Insights dashboards for production data visibility
Cons
- Early lifecycle for logbooks, lots of features to come
- Easier integration to valances and scales
- Weigh and dispense operations
- Still in implementation, but expect to reduce record review times by 8 FTE equivalents
Very similar offerings. Pricing was slightly better and had a better sales experience with MasterControl
