Removal and eradication of documentation errors, improvement in quality review and product release times. Process improvements and full online traceability of the production progress. The scope was paper vs glass and the initial phase of implementation into the business.

The highly configurable Master Templates provide a well varied and essential options where I would expect most records can be converted electronically. The API connectors are easy to integrate with other systems seamlessly and this allows great scope for future phases and integrations.
