Overall Satisfaction with MasterControl Quality Excellence

I use MasterControl Quality Excellence for Quality Systems for doc control, quality events and training.

  • Course & job code assignments
  • Audits

Cons

  • Ability to upload multiple docs
  • Audit log on courses
  • User portal easier to look up info instead of using edit.
  • Search functions made easier and efficient
I think it works well overall, but there are always areas to improve areas for efficiency and productivity.

On leave status to be used by training corrdinator bec users can reset training after being on leave. This will resolve overdue training for them.
