Overall Satisfaction with MasterControl Quality Excellence
MasterControl allowed us to get all of our quality records and documents into one system. Having all data in one system makes it easier to analyze and report on our data.
Pros
- Allows customizing for use
- Flexibility to build roles for specific access rights
- Reduces paper with eForms
Cons
- Collaboration step indicator for the leader to know when everyone signs off
- Option to set time for document to be effective
- Free text answers for training quizzes
- Has been a bit slow to train all users
- Users slow to embrace the system
- Learning curve in being an admin
The docs module in MC is pretty similar to Veeva, both are good
