Use Cases and Deployment Scope

We use Qx for documents, training, and quality events. I am a system administrator project manager for new MC integrations and systems. I use MasterControl daily to admin new and existing products, documents, training coordination

Obsolescence of documents
Audit module and end user usage

Return on Investment

Qx has allowed our company to integrate documents and quality events into one location
Licensure has negatively impacted our organization but I will not discredit MC for this

Usability

MC has an great platform overall. However I would like to see a more customized end user dashboard such as widgets or allow users to choose what means something to them
