Overall Satisfaction with MasterControl Quality Excellence
System is user friendly, pretty intuitive and easy to configure. I can see room for imprevement but it is heading into the right direction.We are only focused on the Quality module. As for the issues: The performance on "on prem" version, pdf publishing time and constant issues with pdf not beeing generated, issues with custom forms created by MasterControl Quality Excellence.
