Overall Satisfaction with MasterControl Quality Excellence

Use Documents and Training module. Addresses the reduction of paper, use of w signatures (documents not last or delayed in peoples inbox). Documents linked with training and having this separate minimises the amount of overdue training tasks as it is much more visible. Soon quality workflows to be rolled out using AQEM and using exam generator
