Overall Satisfaction with MasterControl Quality Excellence

We use MasterControl Quality Excellence for training, document management, investigations/complaints/Events/Deviations/OOS-OOT/and CAPA's. This allows us to have a central hub for vital business practices and provides a Title 11 complaint system for everything to occur in. Prior to the implementation of these modules we were paper based.

  • Timing out randomly while actively working
  • Report generation needs Excel support, not CSV
  • Process flow on some modules are difficult
  • Reduced paper based systems by 80%
  • Provides immediate access to quality documentation and change controls
  • Validated reporting system for metrics
MasterControl Quality Excellence will prompt you to answer if you are still working in it while you are actively typing or using a module. In some instances it freezes and have lost work due to that. Overall the system is reliable and proves to be an integral system for the departments at my company.

Well suited is document workflows are very customizable and easy to understand. Challenges are when you want automation as MasterControl Quality Excellence is very manual based

transparent and immediate when the documents are updated. Easy to check on training and customizable to the company's expectations. Allows easy exam creation with GXP assist and the correlation between job codes and courses has proven reliable. What i would advocate is that you see who has trained on the course in the Course Infocard, to the document infocard.
