In our organization, we use MasterControl Quality Excellence (Qx) as a centralized platform to manage quality and compliance processes across the entire product lifecycle. The system serves as a single source of truth for quality event data, enabling us to digitize and streamline Change Control, Nonconformance, Capa, document management, training.MasterControl Quality Excellence help us to overcame challenges like Data integrity and traceability and Process inefficiencies.

Pros

  • Role based Quality events workflows
  • Document lifecycle management and PDF publishing
  • Paperless Training management

Cons

  • Reporting for Quality Events standard forms (FBS) needs to be improved
  • Audit trail readability needs to be improved
  • PRO: Operational Efficiency & Standardization having a single eQMS system saves our employees time
  • PRO: integrated validation VxT has streamlined our validation cycles
  • CONS: Limited Flexibility in Agile Adjustments. During implemantation adapting the project plan to real-time changes has proven difficult
The UX is very user-friendly and some key features (like searching) is constantly being improved
It is a modern saas platform with a well-defined development and continuous improvement plan. The manufacturer's investments in research and development convinced us to choose their solution.
