Overall Satisfaction with MediaValet

I work in government communications. A few years back, we lost all our photos from our shared folder drive. After that, we went searching for a reliable place to store our photos, and MediaValet has been perfect. We still use the shared folder, but now we also upload photos to MediaValet. It's a great tool for searching and categorizing our photos, and it's my go-to when I need a photo for something I'm writing up.

MediaValet is easy to use in government because it's very intuitive. We have a wide range of internet skills at my organization, and everyone can use this tool with minimal/no training. It's great on an administrative side as well. Admins can control who sees and downloads photos. This is perfect for our organization, since some things can be kept private across departments.
MediaValet is much better and easier to use than File Explorer. MediaValet lets us search for photos, control who can access them, and not worry about our assets being deleted at random. This is critical for a government organization that oftentimes needs to search for assets from the distant past. MediaValet makes it much easier to tag our photos, add post dates, and set usage rights for each photo.

MadiaValet is very well-suited for organizations to share photos across multiple departments. It is also very intuitive for the average person. For organizations that need permission to post photos, I appreciate the option to tag whether all subjects have approved the photo for public use. Keywords make it easy to find the type of photo I need, instead of spending a considerable amount of time searching our entire library.
