Overall Satisfaction with Melio
We use Melio to receive payment from a few different vendors. A primary client of ours uses them exclusively, and we tried them to allow for ACH payment. Most of our clients use Quickbooks, so we thought this may work well with the integration. It has been an inconsistent and frustrating transition.

- notifies you of pending payments
- In my experience, payments are delivered inconsistently and late
- In my experience, customer service cannot answer questions or explain timelines
- In my experience, Instant Transfer is inconsistent and unreliable. The same client has it on 60% on payments
- 7-10 days to process a transfer regularly causes late fees for the client
- It imports all invoices from quickbooks, but it doesn't close invoices it receives payments for without manual effort. In my opinion, it's a bit clunky
