In my experience, they denied my transactions because they said they felt my company was not legit. I contacted support and they told me they can't disclose the reason for the denial, just that something was off. In my experience, they did not communicate ANY requests for additional info and I had to contact support to find any of this out. I sent over every piece of documentation imaginable and in my experience, they said that doesn't help, your account will remain disabled. In my opinion, apparently, this happens with them frequently. In my opinion, AVOID THIS COMPANY!
