Overall Satisfaction with Memsource
I have been using Memsource for a few years. It has a user-friendly interface, helps with the rapidity of translation, and has handy termbases. The translation memory feature is great. They have helpful customer support. When I needed it they responded right away and tried to help me as much as possible. It is cloud base and has come in handy at any moment from any PC.

Trados is more complex - it's the default system for the heavy-duty translation of major documents with specialized terminology needs. Memsource is easier to learn and a good choice for lighter-duty work. I use both.
