Overall Satisfaction with Mention

I use it personally and relay the information to those in my department. We use it to track our activity on social and gauge our marketing efforts. On a personal level, it's easier than sorting through mentions in singular apps.
  • Clean Interface
  • Does exactly what the name implies - tracks mentions
  • Offers for free and paid plans make it an obvious choice
  • Not as detailed as perhaps I would like
  • Paid plans too expensive for some companies
  • More than anything it saves time, and that can never be overvalued.

I would encourage people to try it, especially for tracking mentions on Twitter. Twitters integrated mentions are bloated, TweetDeck is also bloated, Mention is clean and easy to use and gives you the information you're looking for.
