Overall Satisfaction with Microsoft 365 Business

It is used to support all employees worldwide. Office apps plus SharePoint as well as email. This solution supports our MS needs in a hosted and cost per user method. Since upgrades are included we no longer are buying the same software to get a new version.

  • It has fit our needs very well.
  • Cost per user is monthly.
  • All upgrades are built into the cost.
Best in class for office and email systems.
It can be improved for speed but it is very good.
Again most users already know how to use the MS apps.
For large to small companies, this is a good fit. Skype is also included and can be used for VOIP solutions being replaced with Team now. Share point is part of this solution as well.
