We use Microsoft Defender for Endpoint for phishing emails where we have installed the endpoint as well as all other users endpoint laptops where we use it to monitor all threats and take appropriate action accordingly.

Microsoft Defender for Endpoint is extremely easy to use with simple yet effective UI and UX. One of the easiest software to implement with windows.
We do use features like Endpoint Activity, Anomaly Detection and File Sensitivity, Active Background Scanning and Threat Management, etc. These help in keeping our organization and data secure and protected.
Around 15 devices and all are on windows.
Norton is much much more expensive and difficult to use. Microsoft Defender for Endpoint is easy to use and can be operated by a new joiner as well.

Yes, running it for a Buisness, premium support is kinda important as we can't have a delay in getting support as it can hamper buisness.
Yes, we were unable to get some feature to work and remember contacting support. They were pretty quick in responding and provided a resolution timely.
