Overall Satisfaction with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central (formerly Dynamics NAV)
As part of our cloud migration we moved to BC from GP. We implemented Dynamics 365 CRM so it was a natural fit to move to BC for our account software. It will eliminate a lot of the manual tasks we were doing since the integration across the Microsoft ecosystem was very good.
- Integration with MS ecosystem
- Sales processing
- General account functions
- The interface could be a little more intuitive.
- The cost of BC vs GP , BC is more cost effective
- We are saving on the need for custom integration
- The support for BC is very good.
BC is MUCH easer to setup and to use. The support offering for BC is much better.
