Microsoft Dynamics CRM - great to use
Overall Satisfaction with Microsoft Dynamics CRM
Microsoft Dynamics CRM is used by a majority of our organization. Our ticket sales department utilizes it for contact management and pipeline tracking, while our corporate partnerships department uses it primarily for inventory management and contract building.
Pros
- Easy to learn and use
- Very searchable, can look for people/companies across many different variables
- No technical issues
Cons
- A little more personalization would be nice
- Easier to download reports
- Mobile sign in
- Increased employee efficiency with proposal creation process
- Enhanced prospect touchpoints and relationship management
- Improved forecasting and pipeline process
I wasn't involved in the purchase decision for Microsoft dynamics CRM, however I have used a number of other CRM services at different companies. Having used salesforce, goldmine, SugarCRM, and even the CRM component of Ticketmaster's Archtics software system, I can say for sure that Microsoft Dynamics CRM is the best CRM I've ever used.
