  • it has cost me significant time, energy, and money to try to get satisfaction from the provider. I was forced to subscribe for another year to a system I had no interest in, and it cost me close to $10,000, in addition to the annual subscription, that it shouldn't have.

  • We have always been a part of Dynamics as our solution was built to work and be integrated into Dynamics CRM, so we cannot really compare it to other softwares, but it has been really been an amazing system to work in. It is absolutely "dynamic" so the efficiency has definitely been great!

  • For the most part, there are only positives with using this software. Microsoft has come a long way in regards to providing services to accommodate a variety of business needs.
  • The negative impact is when the system crashes and it takes time to get everything back rolling.

  • If you know your stuff, this product does just fine. They are always adapting (aren't they all, always?), so expect it to grow and for you to grow with it.
  • Don't expect new employees, or places with high turnover, to ease into this product quickly, or even on a moderate time table.

  • Time management - instead of tracking things on an Excel sheet, you just have to log in and see the progress and notes there.
  • Lead generation - tracking leads and following up helps retain them longer and turn them into future customers.
