It's acting as identity service and IDP for all of enterprise as well as cloud.

Pros

It has easy setup as well as it does provide conditional access. That is something that we're leveraging quite bit.

Cons

I would say there are some improvement, which can help quite a bit, which is related to nested group implementation support.
Provide seamless entitlement management

Return on Investment

I think it's part of one ecosystem, which is one of the big, big positive and we can leverage one platform for not just cloud, but also other offering, enterprise offering like M65 and others.

Deployment

We have on-prem as well as cloud and we also deployed the ID in cloud and we are migrating or actually migrating towards only Cloud.

Multi-App Security

Yes, we do and it is acting as IDP for single sign for all other enterprise applications as well in addition to just Microsofts.

We have data, we have Snowflake and various other HR system like Workday, etcetera.

End User Experience

It's changed different workflow, but I think that's where it makes more easier to have one platform once we migrate. We are in different scenarios versus maybe most of the customer.

Definitely well suited for enterprise identity space where you want to take more control. Where it's less suited, I would say, where you need to have a more rational relationships and nested grouping. That's very small.
