Use Cases and Deployment Scope

I am using Microsoft Entra as an access management solution. For me, it is a good experience. Microsoft Enterprise is a powerful tool to improve the security of organisations. It is also helpful in improving user experience and providing centralised management. I like the multi-factor authentication feature the most.

Pros and Cons

Pros

Security features like MFA work very well.
Its Single sign-on feature made me feel relaxed, as I no longer had to log in repeatedly.
User experience is good after using Entra.

Cons

Sometimes it is very complex to understand.
I find it costly for me.
Integration can be challenging with non-Microsoft applications.

Return on Investment

On the Positive Side, I must mention the security it adds to the system.
There are more solution, but Entra comes with Microsoft trust, and it is a good reason to choose Entra.
It is costly for me, but for medium-sized companies, they are providing a great price.

Single platform for managing access and identity. However, its complexity and cost can be a minus point. Overall, it's a great experience using Microsoft Entra.
