Used for tracking data. Reviewing calls or auditing customer interactions.

Pros

  • Storing data.
  • Calculating averages, totals, medians, etc.
  • Making spreadsheets.

Cons

  • Difficult to use if you don't know what you are doing.
  • Free courses for excel functionality.
  • Lots of functions can become complicated.
  • It's positive for generating feedback we can use to improve business.
  • Auditing on Excel manually can make sure we are being effective.
  • Can automate data pulling which saves man hours.
